Our main warehouse in the Netherlands is fully operational and your orders are being prepared as usual with no delay.
However please be aware that there might be some transit time delay and delivery restrictions specific to your country. Please keep these in mind.

For this reason our return period has now been extended from 30 days to 90 days.
Please note that the returns service via DPD parcel shops has been suspended in most of Europe, so for safety reasons we will proceed with home pick-up (via our forwarder DPD).

We will get back to you as soon as pickup request has been sent to DPD.
You will then receive a pickup confirmation email from DPD within 24 hours.
